Happy birthday, brother!
I seem to be getting lazier with these Event Logs, putting them off for tomorrow instead of finishing them tonight. When nothing special happens, there's not much motivation to write.
I finally beat Deadly Premonition. I bought this game in 2011, which was three years ago. It's not even a RPG, so it shouldn't have taken that long to complete, but it did.
When I finally clear games like these, it feels like a load off my shoulders. My backlog would've been reduced to one game if it wasn't for Playstation Plus. Thanks to that, I have eighteen games I have to beat now. Holy crap.
Deadly Premonition is kind of like Insidious in that it starts off very intriguing but then goes off the rails at the end into some crazy fantastic adventure. I think it fits. Looking through the bonus pictures, I would love to visit the original town of inspiration the development team traveled to.
At least with this, I no longer need my 360, and I handed it down to my brother who will use it as his Street Fighter box from now on.
This frees up my PS3. I left it on the whole night to download the free games I missed out on, including Devil May Cry, Bioshock Infinite, Tales of Xilia, and many, many more.
I capped off the night by watching a bunch of MyGM YouTube videos.
