It's been quite the productive week for me. Today marks the end of my first scheduling exercise. I managed to do everything I wanted except for one thing: beat the second gym in Pokemon Y. Not a big loss. I'll set my sights a little bigger and try to beat Gym 2, 3, and 4.
I spent this entire night planning. I should've done this yesterday. I fleshed out my master schedule too. Breaking everything down into chunks makes everything more manageable.
Sunday was supposed to be my do anything day, and I spent the afternoon doing just that. I tried jumping into NBA 2K14 for my daily VC collection, but since the 2K servers were screwing around, I booted up the FFXIV beta instead.
Even though I downloaded it a week ago, I didn't jump in until today. I would've played it a long time ago if it wasn't for the servers being full. Of course, just when I'm getting into it, I learn that the beta ends tonight. At least I extracted a couple hours of fun out of it. I reached level 9. Time for the Phase 2 in April.
The Oscars rolled around and Best Picture went to the movie I expected. I can't say much except that everything was Gravity. I'd almost call it a Gravity Sweep. That's a good name for a cool technique.
The one task I was worried about most was updating Mister Cinderella. I managed to sneak it in at the end. I don't know if it counts, but getting it out was no small feat. I feel good about it.
I've been trying to realign my diet since I'm working out more. I'm gonna try reducing my rice intake and eat more meat. I need my protein.
My back hurts like hell. What's going on?
On the way home from church, I waited by a light for ten minutes because of the longest freight train I'd ever seen. Holy crap.
