My time has been getting squeezed. I tell myself that I'll do all these things but they take much longer than I expect. Those wasted minutes accumulate into hours and before I know it, it's nightfall. This must be the so-called working life.
My uncles came over on an unexpected visit bearing tidings from Pizza Hut. That was my breakfast and lunch. The Saints game was still in the first half but I had to go to church. They were down by a lot. By the time I came back, they were tied and in overtime. The Saints had a chance to win it, but that BS fumble at the end was a sign that I was going to lose my fantasy match up. That's two losses in a row. Since I've got this job, I couldn't care less about football, but still...nobody likes to lose.
I went with a friend to check out an apartment. It was a nice place, but we quickly realized that we were too hasty and excited about the idea of moving out. It isn't exactly the season for moving. For the best deal, we decided to put the search on hold until next year. I've got all the time in the world. No need to rush. I'd like to build up some capital and spend some time with the niece.
I caught up on The Walking Dead but didn't have enough time to watch the latest episode. Like I said, time is a premium. My sleep was more important. I can always watch TV later.
