Evo, baby!
I watched Ultra Street Fighter 4 pools from noon to night. I checked some of the other games, but USF4 was definitely the main event. It was upset city. I'm sad my boy Daigo got bumped off so early.
It's like the Wild West out there. Everybody's still trying to figure Ultra out. But true warriors never go away, they adapt. I bet the favorites will be back next year once things settle down. I just don't want a Fei Long to win it all again. Get lost, Fuudo! Incidentally, I was at Evo when Fuudo won how many years ago. It was the same year Poongko blew up Daigo.
Most hyped match of the night definitely goes to Xian and Snake Eyes with the epic timeout. I almost died at the end. That was amazing. Glad to see Wednesday Night Fights spank the East coast. West coast is too strong in Street Fighter.
I chatted on Skype with my online friends. We ended up playing Cards for Humanity, which is a name I absolutely hate for a game that is basically AdLibs but without the ad libs. We each won a round. I didn't care too much. Sometimes, I deliberately picked the unfunny choice to troll.
