This summer has been exceptionally solid for blockbusters, but I'm ready to crown Dawn of the Planet of the Apes as the king of them all. There's really no weaknesses aside from minor quibbles. Amazing how great a movie appears with a solid functional script. As long you don't screw up, you'll have a good movie. I won't say much and for fear of raising your expectations too high, I'll just say it's a good watch.
Instead of going out to eat, I had to ferry my friend to work afterward. I was curious how his workplace looked. It wasn't anything special. I got myself excited for nothing.
When I got home, I watched Marvel. Since UMvC3 hasn't changed at all, I'm not surprised to see who's in the top 8. It's the usual suspects.
