I finished Gento's UFC series and I found it a little boring. If I wasn't so insistent on distracting myself, would it be able to stand on its own? Maybe, but I wouldn't bet on it. I was able to successfully purge it from my system.
I read some more Nisekoi and finally focused enough to do some actual damn research. I ended up typing a document, a sort of advanced cover letter that demonstrated my understanding of the job position and its duties.
Interviews are not my best area. Since my strength is in writing, it only makes sense that I write something and give it to them during the interview to show off that particular aspect of my skill, right? I put genuine effort into that article. It was around 400 words on a single page.
Next, I had to polish my presentation skills. My presentation is only as good as my preparation. I visited my friend and practiced. I gave him a list of 50 common interview questions and I tried coming up with good answers for each one. I think it helped a lot. We went to eat at Jack-in-the-Box afterward.
When I returned home, I intended to write out memorable answers to all fifty questions. I wasn't able to do it. I got sidetracked by the ChrisG show, featuring special guest, Smug. Elena made Dudley look so free. The best part was when they went online with shenanigans. That's always a blast. It was so bad, I took a shower at 1 in the morning.
Considering my interview was tomorrow at 9:30 in the morning, I was staying up way too late. I went to sleep at around 5.
Yeah, I know.
